|
Dr. ing. Augustin Purnus, PMP este Director General al Spider Management Technologies Romania. In cei peste 20 ani de activitate a devenit specialist in managementul proiectelor si in ingineria costurilor in constructii. A lucrat ca instructor si consultant in implementarea Sistemului de Managementul Proiectelor in cadrul a numeroase companii din Romania, precum si in calitate de manager de proiect si consultant in implementarea sistemelor integrate ERP.
Augustin este promotor, si fondator al PMI Romania Chapter, fiind certificat international in Project Management, in conformitate cu standardul Project Management Institute. In perioada 2001 - 2006, a activat in calitate de Presedinte al PMI Romania Chapter, participand activ la crearea si dezvoltarea programului educational si de certificare profesionala in Project Management in Romania. In calitate de Conferentiar in cadrul Universitatii Tehnice de Constructii Bucuresti, Augustin preda de mai bine de 15 ani cursurile de Management in Constructii, Managementul Proiectelor, Estimarea Costurilor si Sisteme Informatice in Constructii.
In calitate de autor si coautor a publicat 6 carti si are peste 60 de articole si studii publicate in reviste de specialitate, precum si in conferinte si simpozioane nationale si internationale. |

Mr. Vladimir Liberzon, PMP, is the founder and the former President of the Moscow, Russia chapter of PMI. He is also Director of Spider Management Technologies, a leading Russian project management consulting company. He serves as project management consultant, advisor and trainer for the largest Russian enterprises (Russian Ministry of Defense, Russian Aluminum, United Metallurgical Company, Evraz Holding, Lukoil Overseas, Central Telegraph and many others). He provided training to many Russian and International organizations like UNESCO, Ericsson, Japan Tobacco International, SAP AG, Siemens Moscow International Bank and many others. Mr. Liberzon is an author of four books and more than one-hundred papers on project management, and a presenter at many PMI Global Congresses, IPMA World Congresses and regional Project Management events. |

| Edward J. Fern, PMP |

Edward J. Fern is President of Time-to-Profit, Inc, a Project Management training firm offering services in the United States and Eastern Europe. He has held director level positions with Sprint, Control Data Corporation, TRW, and Infonet Services Corporation. He earned an MS in Technology Management from Pepperdine University in 1992 and his Project Management Professional designation in 1998. Ed has served as Vice President of Professional Development of the Project Management Institute chapter in Orange County and is Sponsor of the California Inland Empire chapter of PMI. Ed has also served as a director of the Southern California chapter of the Product Development and Management Association and is currently Director of Education of the American Society for the Advancement of Project Management. He is the author of Time-to-Profit Project Management: A Primer for Project Managers in Commercial Product Development and co-author of Six Steps to the Future: How Mass Customization Is Changing Our World, both published in English, Russian, and Romanian.
