Augustin Purnus, PhD, PMP, is Director of Spider Management Technologies Romania. In a career spanning in 20 years he has held local positions in management, operational and project delivery roles gaining a wide experience in Project Management and Cost Engineering. He worked as instructor and consultant in the implementation of Project Management Systems in many Romanian companies, as well as Project Manager and consultant for the implementation of the Enterprise Resource Planning Systems.
 Augustin is promoter and founder of PMI Romania Chapter. He holds an international certification in Project Management, according with Project Management Institute standard. During 2001 - 2006 he acted as President of PMI Romania Chapter, actively participating at the development of the educational and professional certification in Project Management in Romania. As Assistant Professor at the Technical University of Civil Engineering, Bucharest, Augustin taught for more than 15 years, undergraduate and post-graduate courses related to Management in Construction, Project Management, Cost Estimation, and Information Systems in Construction. He published as author and co-author 6 books, and more than 60 articles and studies in professional reviews, and in national and international conferences and symposiums |

Mr. Vladimir Liberzon, PMP, is the founder and the former President of the Moscow, Russia chapter of PMI. He is also Director of Spider Management Technologies, a leading Russian project management consulting company. He serves as project management consultant, advisor and trainer for the largest Russian enterprises (Russian Ministry of Defense, Russian Aluminum, United Metallurgical Company, Evraz Holding, Lukoil Overseas, Central Telegraph and many others). He provided training to many Russian and International organizations like UNESCO, Ericsson, Japan Tobacco International, SAP AG, Siemens Moscow International Bank and many others. Mr. Liberzon is an author of four books and more than one-hundred papers on project management, and a presenter at many PMI Global Congresses, IPMA World Congresses and regional Project Management events. |

| Edward J. Fern, PMP |

Edward J. Fern is President of Time-to-Profit, Inc, a Project Management training firm offering services in the United States and Eastern Europe. He has held director level positions with Sprint, Control Data Corporation, TRW, and Infonet Services Corporation. He earned an MS in Technology Management from Pepperdine University in 1992 and his Project Management Professional designation in 1998. Ed has served as Vice President of Professional Development of the Project Management Institute chapter in Orange County and is Sponsor of the California Inland Empire chapter of PMI. Ed has also served as a director of the Southern California chapter of the Product Development and Management Association and is currently Director of Education of the American Society for the Advancement of Project Management. He is the author of Time-to-Profit Project Management: A Primer for Project Managers in Commercial Product Development and co-author of Six Steps to the Future: How Mass Customization Is Changing Our World, both published in English, Russian, and Romanian.
