filiale locale si nationale. PMI elaboreaza standarde in acest domeniu, furnizeaza cursuri de pregatire si certificare
profesionala.
Cel mai important standard il reprezinta "A Guide to Project Management Body of Knowledge" care astazi a ajuns la

This paper presents the practical application of range estimates for activity durations and/or resource requirements to produce success probability trends, which is a basic advance included in Success Driven Project Management/SPDM. SPDM has been used in Russian speaking countries for the past 15 years and includes concepts equal to certain critical chain features; all concepts underlying SPDM will be described briefly. Recent experience in applying SPDM to projects in the oil and gas industry in Brazil will be described, and open discussion of all aspects of SPDM will be encouraged.

Lucrarea prezinta aplicarea in practica a estimarii duratelor activitatilor si/sau a resurselor pentru obtinerea tendintelor probabilitatii la succes, care reprezinta un instrument avansat din cadrul metodologiei Success Driven Project Management - SPDM. SDPM a fost utilizata in ultimii 15 ani in tarile vorbitoare de limba Rusa si include concepte echivalente cu cele din metoda Critical Chain. Vor fi descrise pe scurt toate conceptele de baza ale SDPM. Va fi prezentata experienta recenta in aplicarea SDPM in proiecte din industria de petrol si gaze din Brazilia, iar dezbaterile despre toate aspectele SDPM vor fi incurajate.

Cele mai moderne si avansate abordari privind analiza performatelor proiectului sunt prezentate in cadrul acestui material. Veti avea posibilitatea sa vedeti cum se introduc datele actuale in cadrul proiectului si cum se urmareste acesta prin intermediul Tendintei Probabilitatii la Succes; cum se compara versiunile de proiect si cum se face analiza Earned Value; cum se aplica analiza tendintei variatiilor parametrilor in estimarea performantelor proiectului.
Materialul de fata este o continuare a materialelor "Primul Proiect - Planificarea Proiectelor" si "Primul Proiect - Simularea Riscurilor", iar pentru intelegerea aspectelor prezentate, este necesara parcurgerea acestora.
